ELIGIBILITY
This incentive scheme (‘Incentive Scheme’) is open to customers in the UK only who have accepted an invitation from MSI Computer (UK) Ltd or an official MSI UK distributor to participate in the Incentive Scheme and who have agreed to share purchasing information information on MSI Motherboard, Graphics, Barebone, Notebooks, Multimedia, Consumer and Communication products for the duration of the Incentive Scheme (‘Resellers’).
Customers recieving direct support or funding from MSI Computer (UK) Ltd. will not be elligable for claiming points on this programme without prior written agreement from MSI Computer (UK) Ltd.
TIMING
The Incentive Scheme runs from 10th April 2007 up to and including 31st December 2007 (or unless otherwise announced on this website during the campaign).
These terms and conditions shall be deemed to apply to the participation in the incentive Scheme by all Resellers from and including 10th April 2007. Continued participation in the Incentive Scheme constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.
PERSONAL DATA
Personal data which you provide when you participate in this scheme will be used by MSI Computer (UK) Ltd. and Corporate Rewards Ltd for the purposes of this Incentive Scheme only.
INCENTIVE SCHEME
MSI Computer (UK) Ltd. will record total revenue generated by Resellers each month based on sales of MSI Motherboard, Graphics, Barebone, Notebooks, Multimedia, Consumer and Communication products reported to MSI Computer (UK) Ltd. by the Reseller in line with its standard reporting requirements. MSI Computer (UK) Ltd. will pass this information to Corporate Rewards Ltd who administers the Incentive Scheme league tables and points allocation on MSI Computer (UK) Ltd. behalf.
POINTS
Details of total points achieved by each Reseller each month will be sent to Resellers by email.
AWARDING POINTS
Points will be awarded to Resellers on a monthly basis based on purchasing made over the preceding month.
Resellers may opt to either:
(i) save points awarded for redemption at a later date; or
(ii) redeem some or all of the points awarded on a monthly basis for prizes through the www.mystyleinside.co.uk website
REDEEMING POINTS
All points redeemed via the website will be ordered directly, if the Employee changes their mind re a reward item after they have redeemed they must contact Corporate Rewards Ltd within 24 hours otherwise the order will have been processed and they will need to wait for the item to arrive before they can return it and re-order. In this instance the Employee will be personally liable for any delivery / collection charges incurred as a result of their change of heart.
Once an order is placed all Employees are subject to the booking conditions of the reward supplier.
Redeeming points for rewards will not affect the Employee’s positioning the monthly rolling league table (if applicable) maintained by Corporate Rewards Ltd.
All points must be redeemed 28 days following the end of the campaign.
Prizes will then be sent out directly to the recipient by Corporate Rewards Ltd within 14 days unless otherwise stated on the website or by email communication.
Where the chosen prize is for an item within the Cultural & Sporting category Corporate Rewards Ltd will issue a My-Rewards Voucher (MRV) which will need to be redeemed by calling the MRV redemption line specified on the MRV to give extra details and confirm their reward.
MRVs are issued subject to Corporate Reward’s following conditions and any other conditions that may be from time to time notified by Corporate Rewards Ltd:
(i) All MRV's are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged.
(ii) Each MRV is uniquely referenced. To avoid duplication, no replacements can be issued.
(iii) MRV's expire 12 months, where applicable, from the issue date and must be redeemed for rewards within that time.
(iv) All specific arrangements regarding booking or delivery dates and times must be made by the reward recipient(s) directly with the supplier and we recommend that you reconfirm any arrangements with the supplier a few days before the event. If an event is booked with a supplier and is subsequently cancelled by either the recipient(s) or the supplier, alternative dates and cancellation fees should be organised directly with the supplier in question. You may be covered by cancellation insurance (see point Vii).
(v) If a duration time is mentioned on the Rewards website, or Reward Pack information sheets, this is an approximate time given as a guide only.
(vi) Wherever appropriate Corporate Rewards Ltd have provided requirements and restrictions regarding height, age, health and competency. Please read these carefully as no refund can be given.
(vii) Some rewards include insurance cover, provided by British Activity Holiday Insurance Services.
(viii) Corporate Rewards Limited reserves the right to remove or include any reward from the range at our discretion. Corporate Rewards Limited will honour any rewards that have already been allocated a participant prior to any website alterations. (Subject to availability)
Each prize will be fulfilled by the Employee’s direct arrangement with the supplier, detailed on the MRV, in accordance with each supplier's availability, lead times and capability.
PRIZES
Prizes are subject to their own provider’s terms and conditions. Neither MSI Computer (UK) Ltd nor Corporate Rewards Ltd accepts any responsibility or liability for prize provider’s terms and conditions.
Prizes are as stated and no cash alternative is available.
MSI Computer (UK) Ltd and/or Corporate Rewards Ltd reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.
Prizes may be considered a taxable benefit and winners are subject to tax. MSI Computer (UK) Ltd and Corporate Rewards Ltd will not be accountable for any tax liability arising from this promotion
Winners of prizes must be available on the date(s) stated by MSI Computer (UK) Ltd and Corporate Rewards Ltd (if applicable) and if they are not so available the prize will be deemed to have been forfeited.
GENERAL
MSI Computer (UK) Ltd and Corporate Rewards Ltd reserve the right to amend, modify, cancel or withdraw this Incentive Scheme at any time without notice to the participants.
In the unlikely event of any dispute, the decision of MSI Computer (UK) Ltd and Corporate Rewards Ltd shall be final. No correspondence shall be entered into.
Winners may be required to participate in publicity for the developer tools programme.
MSI Computer (UK) Ltd cannot guarantee the performance of any third party and shall not be liable for any act or default by a third party. Employees participating in this Incentive Scheme agree that neither MSI Computer (UK) Ltd nor Corporate Rewards Ltd will accept any liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, costs, damage or disappointment of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from acceptance, misuse or use of a prize, or from participation in this Incentive Scheme. Nothing in this clause shall limit either MSI Computer (UK) Ltd or Corporate Rewards’ liability in respect of death or personal injury arising out of its own negligence or arising out of fraud.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
