ELIGIBILITY
This incentive scheme: Arthurs Club is open to private sector podiatrists and FHC practitioners of 18 years of age or older in the UK only who have agreed to participate in the Incentive Scheme and who have agreed to performance related points for the duration of the Incentive Scheme.
TIMING
The Incentive Scheme runs from November 2009
These terms and conditions shall be deemed to apply to the participation in the incentive Scheme by all participants from and including 1/11/2009. Continued participation in the Incentive Scheme constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.
PERSONAL DATA
Personal data which you provide when you participate in this scheme will be used by A. Algeo Ltd and Love2reward for the purposes of this Incentive Scheme only.
INCENTIVE SCHEME
The Incentive Scheme will run on a points basis. Points will be allocated at A. Algeo Ltd’s discretion.
A. Algeo Ltd will pass this information to Love2reward who administers the Incentive Scheme points allocation on A. Algeo Ltd’s behalf.
AWARDING POINTS
Points will be awarded to participants on a monthly basis based on purcahses from A. Algeo Ltd
Participants may opt to either:
(i) save points awarded for redemption at a later date; or
(ii) redeem some or all of the points awarded on a monthly basis for prizes through the www.my-rewards.com/arthursclub website
REDEEMING POINTS
Points must be redeemed via the website directly with Love2reward. Prizes, once chosen, can only be changed if the redeemer contacts Love2reward within 24 hours of the redemption.
Redeeming points for rewards will not affect the Participant’s positioning the monthly rolling league table (if applicable) maintained by Love2reward.
Prizes will then be sent out directly to the recipient by Love2reward within 28 days unless otherwise stated on the website or by email communication.
Love2shop, Love2travel and Love2play vouchers will be despatched within 2 working days of receipt of order. Voucher orders less than £50 will be despatched at the recipients’ risk via 1st class post. Orders over £50 will be despatched fully insured via Special Delivery.
All points must be redeemed 28 days following the end of the campaign.
PRIZES
Prizes are subject to their own provider’s terms and conditions. A. Algeo Ltd takes no responsibility for prize provider’s terms and conditions.
Prizes are as stated and no cash alternative is available.
A. Algeo Ltd and/or Love2reward reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.
Prizes may be considered a taxable benefit and winners are subject to tax. A. Algeo Ltd will account for any tax liability arising from this promotion.
GENERAL
A. Algeos Ltd reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel or withdraw this Incentive Scheme at any time without notice.
In the unlikely event of any dispute, the decision of A. Algeo Ltd shall be final. No correspondence shall be entered into.
A. Algeo Ltd cannot guarantee the performance of any third party and shall not be liable for any act or default by a third party. Participants in this Incentive Scheme agree that A. Algeo Ltd will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, costs, damage or disappointment of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from acceptance, misuse or use of a prize, or from participation in this Incentive Scheme. Nothing in this clause shall limit Algeo’s liability in respect of death or personal injury arising out of its own negligence or arising out of fraud.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
